Registration Process

Complete Application
Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if not baptized at Saint Catherine of Siena Church)
Copy of First Holy Communion Certificate for children entering Grades 3-8
Copy of last Report Card for students entering Grades 1-8
Copy of last Physical Examination (must include Immunization Record)
Complete Medical Form from Health Office (download)

With all applications a non-refundable $100.00 application fee is required (except Pre-K - see below). Please make check payable to: Saint Catherine of Siena School.

For Pre-Kindergarten Students:

A non-refundable $150.00 deposit is due when submitting the application and the required documents.
Children must be 4 years of age by August 31, 2010.

For Kindergarten Students:

Screening dates are Monday, February 23 and Tuesday, February 24, 2010.
You will be contacted to schedule an appointment.
Screening takes approximately one-half hour.
Children must be 5 years of age by August 31, 2010.

For Grades 1-8 Students:

Children will be required to spend a day at the school.
Academic testing will be administered during this visit.

Acceptance Process

For Pre-Kindergarten Students:

Once the paperwork and required deposit is received, the seat is reserved.

For Kindergarten – Grade 8 Students:

You will receive an acceptance letter requesting that a deposit be sent into school to hold the seat for your child. Once that deposit is received, the seat is reserved.

Tuition Bills will be sent out during the first week in May.
